Refund & Cancellation Policy

BLS E-Services AI Workshop — please read this policy carefully before completing your payment.

Important Notice: Once payment is successfully made, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances. By completing payment you agree to the full terms below.

General Policy

Once payment is successfully made for registration in the AI Workshop, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all payment modes, including but not limited to:

Credit Cards
Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI
Wallets

Non-Refundable Nature of Fees

Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Participants are advised to carefully review workshop details, schedules, and eligibility before making payment.
Payment once processed confirms your seat and cannot be reversed, exchanged, or adjusted against future workshops or services.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to raise a chargeback or payment dispute with the bank, card issuer, or payment gateway will be considered a violation of this policy.

In such cases, BLS E Services reserves the right to:
• Deny access to the workshop.
• Blacklist the participant from future programs.
• Initiate legal or administrative action to recover the disputed amount.

Cancellations

No cancellations are allowed once payment is made.
Failure to attend the workshop, irrespective of reason (personal, professional, technical, or medical), will not entitle the participant to any refund, rescheduling, or credit note.

Exceptional Circumstances

BLS E Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, trainer unavailability, or force majeure events).
In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or session.
No monetary refunds will be issued even in these circumstances.

6. Acknowledgement

By completing the payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and smooth operations for all registered participants.
